Students can change their subject only within the deadline set by the University of North Bengal, subject to availability and compliance with other criteria and norms.
Students must carry their college identity card within the campus to be presented with it upon request. Identity cards from other sources will not be accepted. In case of a loss, students must apply for a duplicate and pay the requisite fee.
Students must regularly check the notice board and the college website, as well as the respective departmental WhatsApp group, for time-to-time notification updates, i.e., admissions, registration, examinations, scholarships, etc., and follow the instructions provided to avoid inconvenience.
Students who fail to attend at least 75% of the total classes will be designated as non-collegiate.
Students who are absent for 15 consecutive days after admission without prior written notice will be removed from the attendance register.

Ragging is strictly prohibited and punishable under the Supreme Court of India and UGC regulations on ragging in higher educational institutions (2009 and subsequent amendments).
Students must show respect and courtesy to the principal, officer-in-charge, teachers, staff, fellow students, and visitors.
