ICT Facilities

The college library is equipped with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools to enhance its services and provide students and faculty with easy access to a wide range of resources. The library has two computers and two printers dedicated to supporting library operations. Additionally, it has one scanner for digitizing documents and other resources, making it easier to manage and share information.

A dedicated computer lab within the central library, equipped with five computers, is available for students and faculty to use for research, study, and access to online resources. This lab plays a crucial role in facilitating ICT-based learning and research activities.

To ensure that users can effectively utilize the ICT resources available, the library may offer support and training sessions on how to access digital resources, use the library’s catalog, and navigate the e-resources provided through various memberships.

The library provides Wi-Fi and internet access to enable students and faculty to connect their personal devices to the college’s digital resources, enhancing their ability to conduct research, access online learning platforms, and communicate with peers and instructors.

The Geology Department is equipped with one computer and one printer in its lab, and an additional computer, printer, and two laptops in its theory section. This setup allows both students and faculty to access digital resources, perform data analysis, and complete assignments that require computational support.

The department has projectors available in both its lab and theory sections. These projectors are essential for conducting presentations, displaying geological maps, models, and other visual aids that are critical for teaching and learning in geology.
